When you go into a Mariscos Chihuahua and see Hispanic families gathered for seafood served the Mexican way, you can figure that this is the real deal. Octopus, sea snails, clams, calamari and oysters ceviche-style are a mere starting point for the bounty here. There are soups and stews, whole fried fish, camarones al mojo de ajo (shrimp in garlic sauce) and the spectacular camarones culichi: shrimp in a wonderfully creamy green sauce. This is the dish that made them famous. Family recipes are used at each location. Go fish!
