Before his stint with the network, Cicala was a sports anchor in El Paso where he was nominated for multiple Emmy awards for his sports and news coverage. Now the sports director at KVOA, Cicala brings immense enthusiasm to his job everyday due to his passion for sports and his Southern Arizona roots. Cicala is from Tucson where he went to Sunnyside high school and was an avid UA sports fan growing up.
