There's a reason Teresa's holds on to a win in this category year after year. There are innumerable ways to screw up this simple dish, but the excellently prepared eggs topped with the restaurant's signature rich and spicy tomato sauce always tastes great. And yes, it doesn't hurt to be able to enjoy the dish on top of the beautiful mosaic tables made by Suzanne Felber.
