At Raging Sage, only one house blend coffee is served; the recipe is a secret. It is commonly thought to be a blend of an Indonesian and a Central American coffee bean. Although the provenance of the coffee is not exactly known, the taste can certainly be described: It's mellow and flavorful rather than heavy and overpowering. It's worth drinking for the aftertaste. You're left with a hint of brightness. Raging Sage also has its own unique cakes, cookies and bars to accompany your brew. A popular and perhaps more robust Monsoon Blend can be bought by the package. Speaking of raining, if it's not (and it's probably not), the patio with citrus trees is as nice a setting as you can find.
