There's a reason El Güero Canelo has been celebrated in newspapers and magazines, on national TV shows and even in a Calexico song: They serve up a Sonoran hot dog that is simply the best. Wrapped in bacon, slathered with beans, tomatoes, relish, mayo, ketchup and mustard and slapped into that soft bun, it's just a culinary experience like no other. So bad for you, and yet so, so good.
