This year, after being out of the running the past few, Athens on 4th Avenue regains its place as our reader favorite. Their Moussaka does it every time, but for those special occasions, the braised lamb is perfect. This is a long-time Fourth Avenue establishment that makes everyone feel Greek, and not the letter-wearing kind.
