Locals know Barrio Bread by endearing owner/baker Don Guerra, who bakes select artisan breads loved by many Tucsonans who believe in Guerra’s delicious bread and business model. Barrio, which opened in 2009, is a Community Supported Bakery, or CSB. This means Guerra’s bread-baking endeavors are small and contained.
