The Shelter brings a lot of style to the dive bar. On the outside, it's a one-of-a-kind concrete-and-rock hulk. On the inside, it's all about retro swank, with Kennedy portraits and lava lamps and an all-around groovy scene. (Is that Don Draper at the bar?) Cocktails both plain and fancy alongside good draft beer. Who doesn't need a shelter these days?
