I know what your thinking: Che's is a dive bar?! That's the same thing we thought until someone pointed out when you only go to "dive bars," Che's just seems too classy for that title. What dive bar has such great service (bartenders that are quick as lightning and know their alcohol), a bomb jukebox collection (did I hear a request for some '90s rock, anyone?) and a huge patio where you can chain-smoke all night? (No, you don't need to stand in the parking lot!) Call it what you like, dive bar or lap-of-luxury, Che's is all right by us.
