It's not just that the dining room is big; the menu offers more than 100 Cantonese and Szechwan entrees. Central to the buffet scheme is a Mongolian-style grill. There your personal selection of veggies, noodles, chicken, pork and beef, plus garlic, ginger, and soy-based sauces, is quick-cooked and then brought to you steaming hot.
