Blue Willow/The Grill at Hacienda del Sol (Tie)

Blue Willow

You'll be eating your fruit with brunch at Blue Willow—because if you don't, you'll endure well-intentioned questioning looks from the wait staff. The beautiful patio is an ideal spot for noshing on healthier versions of your favorite brunch classics, though the Blue Willow special—with scrambled eggs, chicken, green chiles, tomatoes, chopped corn tortillas, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream—is a perennial menu staple and a standby favorite, even if it's not the healthiest option on the menu. Of course, every visit to Blue Willow has to include a few minutes of browsing through the eclectic gift shop, so be sure to leave some extra time.

The Grill at Hacienda del Sol

Sunday brunch is a high-class affair at the Grill at Hacienda del Sol. If you're lucky enough to get a seat on the patio, sip a mimosa and enjoy the beautiful adobe architecture, lush desert landscape and occasional wildlife sightings on the 34-acre grounds of the Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort. The kitchen will take care to send you home stuffed to the brim, with inventive Southwestern twists on classic brunch favorites—and some not-so-traditional dishes as well. Even though you'll feel as if you're miles away from civilization, brunch seats fill up quickly, so reservations are strongly recommended.
