The patio alone makes any nibble at the Blue Willow worthwhile, but luckily, the food is equally inspiring at this little oasis on Campbell Avenue. For more than 30 years, this restaurant has made "fresh and simple" part of its foodie mantra, and it works. Take Blue Willow's breakfasts: The eggs Benedict melts in the mouth, as does the legendary Blue Willow special: eggs scrambled with chicken, green chilies and corn tortillas. And sometimes, breakfast is best with chorizo and eggs, or a green corn tamale (direct from Lerua's). On the way out, go ahead and look at the baked goods; there's no reason why they can't be added to your own personal breakfast menu.
