Re: “Marijuana Like Alcohol?

An estimated $150,000,000,000 (BILLION) PER YEAR from recreational cannabis sales in America goes directly into the hands of crime cartels and gangs. Legalization will take this fortune away from drug lords and place it into the hands of legitimate responsible business. This plus another $10,000,000,000 (BILLION) is wasted on needless cannabis law enforcement and another $30,000,000,000 (BILLION) lost in potential tax revenue. BILLIONs down the toilet every year due to ridiculous cannabis prohibition laws that make no sense and destroy people's lives daily.

US CDC Figures on numbers of deaths per year in the USA:

* Prescription Drugs: 237,485 + 5,000 traffic fatalities
* Tobacco: 390,323
* Alcohol: 88,013 + 16,000 traffic fatalities
* Cocaine: 4,906
* Heroin: 3,365
* Aspirin: 466
* Acetaminophen (Tylenol): 179
* Marijuana: 0, no fatal toxic overdoses and almost no traffic problems

So, which is safer? Legalize cannabis NOW!!!

Re: “Facebook Deletes Medical Marijuana Dispensary Pages Claiming Site Doesn't Allow Material Condoning Drug Use

This is just more complete reefer madness nonsense! Facebook continues to support pages for all the big pharmaceutical companies even though pharmaceutical drugs are directly responsible for over 250,000 deaths every year and are clearly the gateway to heroin addiction! Send Zuckerberg and Facebook a message today, flag as many big pharma FB pages or ads as you can as inappropriate and block. Stop the lies and legalize!

Re: “GOP Lawmakers Want to Amend Medical Marijuana Act, Make It Harder for Patients to Access Medication

The most dangerous aspect of cannabis consumption is running afoul of lazy law enforcement looking for soft targets instead of fighting real crime.

The truth is Cannabis has been in use worldwide for over 5,000 years. We know what it does, we know what it is good for and we know the issues with using it. Cannabis at its very worst is much safer and less damaging to the user and society than the current legal alternatives.

Alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceutical drugs are directly responsible for KILLING over 650,000 US citizens annually plus another 21,000 TRAFFIC DEATHS from alcohol and pharmaceutical intoxication. Cannabis has never killed one person from toxic intoxication and has almost no statistical history of traffic problems. It is therefore, complete nonsense to apply laws and restrictions to cannabis more stringent than what are applied to booze, pills and cigarettes. It is also clear that prohibitionist laws against cannabis have nothing to do with relative consumer safety.

Legalize, regulate and TAX NOW!
