The Flycatcher has offered up some pretty unique experiences in their series of cover shows in the last few months. From Tom Petty to Madonna to The Beatles, random amalgamations of Tucson bands and musicians have taken to putting their own unique twists on some of music's most memorable songs. Now, if you missed Mastodonna—the metal-themed Madonna cover band that performed—you kind of screwed up, but you can make it right (kind of) by catching the next show in the series.

For this month's event, David Bowie jams will be featured and interpreted by The Jons, The Amy Mendoza Band, Sock!Fight and Stevie Stardust & The Thunderchiefs from Mars. The Flycatcher's tribute to David Bowie starts at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14. It is a 21 and over event and admission is free.
