Jim - great synopsis! The greatest news here for us in Tucson is that Council Members will now run for election solely within their Wards - not Citywide. Finally a step towards better neighborhood representation. So tired of the old names winning over and over again. Now to make more smaller wards instead of the ones that finger for miles in each direction from the downtown.
