Arizona State Museum

Many Mexicos: Vistas de la Frontera, including the ceramics exhibit Talavera Contemporanea, runs through Friday, Nov. 30. A closing reception takes place from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15. A World Separated by Borders, an exhibit of photography by Alejandra Platt-Torres, continues through Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013. The exhibit explores the humanity and the economics that both unite and divide border culture. Basketry Treasured, an exhibit of 500 pieces from the museum's collection of Southwest American Indian basketry, which is the world's largest, continues through Saturday, June 1, 2013. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday; $5, free youth younger than 18, active-duty military and their families, people with business in the building and everyone for public events.
