The museum features its nocturnal plants and wildlife after sundown on Saturday, Aug. 25, with special programming for Teacher Appreciation Night celebrating International Year of the Bat, starting at 6 p.m., and special rates after 4 p.m.; $7, $3 age 6 through 12, free younger child.
