To celebrate the Arizona statehood centennial, Union Pacific brings a steam train to town for the first time in 30 years. The train is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11, at the Union Pacific Rail Yard, at Silverlake Road and East Fairland Stravenue; free.
