Alice in Tucson’s Wonderland

If you've never been to Valley of the Moon, now's the time to check it off your list. Beginning Friday, May 8, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Valley of the Moon, 2544 E. Allen Road, is fusing Lewis Caroll's famous "Alice in Wonderland" fantasy with its own local magic. Guests can take a tour of the historic landmark refashioned to seem as if it's gone down the rabbit hole. Along the journey you can expect to meet classic characters like the Cheshire Cat and Queen of Hearts. Alice in Wonderland is one of the storybook land's specialties and is sure to delight children and create family fun. Costumes are encouraged. The spring theatrical fundraiser will run on May 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 from 6 to 8:30 p.m., with tours starting every 30 minutes. Tickets are $10 and children 15 and under are free. On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10, moms get in free. More info is available on tucsonvalleyofthemoon.com.
