The parent is out of her mind. The charter school is a choice and not a home school. Parent is probably angry becuase either her kid failed or she is one of those parents who have no accountability and blame all her problems on the school rather getting involved in her child's education.
I got an idea. Instead of accusing the school of whatever secret she is talking about, why doesn't she get involved in her child's education and get a life. Chill out woman.
