At least she was independent. That is the good news. Or maybe indeed it was an illusion of independence, but it looks like independence to me. Yes, I am against our giant military spending and I agree it is not really to keep us safe so much as to keep money flowing to the military industrial complex. Let us all give McSalley the benefit of doubt and her own judgment as she carries out her duties.
