We will still to gleaning the backyard bounty and work to educate Pima county on how to use more from the edible trees that abound thriving on our precious water resources while we lower our carbon footprint. Other groups concentrate on the grocery stores but we are considering collaborative efforts with CompostCats where we can redistribute the edibles while they continue to compost com post ables. We even donate to the food insecure students via the UofA food pantry. We also donate to schools and starting today to the CFBSA snack packs program via St. Francis in the Foothills UMC.
