I can't afford this product, but I found the article extremely interesting. I watch the show Chopped, and Forged in Fire so reading an article about locals that combine these two shows was interesting and informative. It's wonderful to read about local people doing such interesting and fascinating things. Please keep writing articles like this.
My daughter and I had the Cuban and Old Pueblo combo yesterday. The bread on the OP was toasted to a crisp but the inside of the sandwich was wonderful. The pork on the Cuban was a bit questionable in taste for both of us so we took apart the sandwich after the first few bites and enjoyed the rest. I think that with a bit more experience in the brick and mortar area the food will be outstanding. The sweet potato fries were wonderful. I can hardly wait to return and try the Napoleon. Good luck to this lovely place.
You didn't mention the best side dish, the fried pickles. They are the best I have ever had. Dill pickle spears, coated with a mildly spicey batter and fried to perfection. The pickles are crunchy and juicy even after being fried.
I read you guys because you don't report sports, and that seems to be all the star is interested in is sports. It is very hard to find news in between the sports articles, and when you do find a piece of news it is repeated several times.
