Shouldn't all American children be given an equal opportunity to a quality education. Why should it come down to where they live or how motivated their parents are? Don't they all deserve a safe/clean environment, modern equipment and qualified teachers? If all schools were funded at the same amount of money per child wouldn't that be a start? We're all in this together--it's time we start caring.
