It is possible it's multipe sclerosis. It is a neurological problem that affects the myelin and ultimately it affects the nerves, speech, vision as well as other symptoms. Usually, but not always, those with the onset of MS are in their mid 20's through 30's. Many times the person appears to be drunk, because their speech is affected, their vision blurred, and staggering. These are all indications of multiple sclerosis.
