Moral Bankruptcy, you are aware that McConnell and his fellow Republicans have been packing the courts for years? Not allowing Obama's judicial nominations to go through which created a large backlog of judicial vacancies that he was willing to fill with young unqualified (per the ABA) right wing ideological extremists when he had a Senate majority and a compliant President. In fact McConnell has put all other Senate business on hold so he can ram more unqualified judges through.
Not to mention outright stealing a Supreme Court seat that was Obama's right to fill by not even giving the nominee a hearing.
Biden is doing the smart thing by not committing to any course of action. If he's elected and the Senate flips the Democrats have every right to address the court system, even by expanding the number of seats if necessary.
