Jim misses the point entirely!!! What stops kids from raiding the liquor cabinet, getting virtually any variety of people to get it for them ... ? After 21+ years as an Army Psych first responder I was NEVER called to the ER, jail, scene, etc and told the commanding officer on site, "Well, unadulterated MJ is your problem!!" NEVER. My experience, and replicated studies show about 70% of ER and police calls are directly related to using, seeking, or withdrawing from ETOH!!!! Tax the crap out of booze and keep MJ legal FOR ADULTS!

You can also gauge the embarrassing level of ignorance (are teachers just ignoring it or are students to dumb to understand grade-school concepts???) and lack of grammatical rules being passed off as "educated" by listening to how come/go, bring/take are thoroughly abused and apparently assumed now to be interchangeable.

Now for those who did not get the message - - - this "writer" lost the right to be assessed on reporting factual material as understood at the moment. The primary, over-riding, and, frightening reality is, if they cannot communicate above a sixth grade (sorry kids, had to fit him in somewhere) level with the editing, formatting, writing tools and applications available, to what degree am I supposed to fantasize accurate, informed, probing, and INTELLIGENT skills were remarkably present then and "poof" disappear.
NJYD ... my PTSD actually makes a sight picture easier to range since I had to learn to do so under more stress than your lazy, beer-bellied, soiled, couch-potato slug-ass ever experienced. I have my PTSD fairly well-controlled, but if you would like to tell me to take my war injuries and "get lost" in person. I live in Tucson and go to the range twice a week, practice with edged weapons and know offensive and defensive perimeter tactics. Yeah, come here and open your semen-stained mouth! I'll probably get blocked but that's the cost of calling an asshole an asshole.
Potential investors should consider ... hot, famous bar (although my sobriety date in 8 Jan 1990) I enjoy music and can't think of a better business setup!!! It is right next door to a new student High-rise (target audience!) and countless other "within walking distance" housing for hundreds of other students in an eight or so block square, and, because of that can at least avoid those pesky DUI "inconveniences."
And for all you parents, UofA and AZ State are consistently ranked in the top "party school" where they spend a lot of time trying to balance between "learning" and "education."
Ask your college student to properly explain the use of "bring vs. take" and "come vs. go." It is stunning how illiterate people are - there was recently a story in which a huge percentage of our FUTURE LEADERS, ignorant of early CGI, saw a pic of Spielberg "posing" with a "trophy Triceratops" and flamed him for senselessly killing a protected animal!!!
IMHO it intends to veto, delay, or discount any and all measures that will make America, if not stronger, at least on an even playing field considering the advancements in, and obvious lack of concern for use, of horrific, ILLEGAL (gas) weapons systems. It does not care unless the measures help load up the ineligible, but someway ending up on the roles, of voters who despise America like it and its lackeys. America, grow a pair or suffer the consequences of being a second-rate country.
