The Reconquista is in fact AN INVASION.

Thank you for clarifying that the children of the invaders are not citizens.

Interesting thought....they are not welcome, they are not here legally, they can be rounded up and deported (in fact, the only argument for not doing so is the scale of the endevor)...therefore they are invaders.

Micheal, your arguemnt is circular...and is thus disregarded.

If English Common Law is accepted law of the land, then why does the 14th amendment grant citizenship to those born in our borders?

If English Common Law is not accepted law of the land, the 14th is the only mention granting citizenship to those born in our borders, and hence its meaning is up for debate.

You're free to disavow the birthright claims in the 14th...I'm sure the 'nativists' as you call them would agree. Odd strategy for you to follow however....

    Re: “¡Ask a Mexican!
why is the mick trying so hard to 'be' a heritage. this is supposed to be a melting pot. being a mutt is perfect. asking the 'mexican' to define you is the worst thing you can do. put away the mexican flags and just be an american. you'd be amazed how well that would go over with other Americans.

but that would be totally unacceptable to Gustavo.

and for thanksgiving, i'd like to see a million man march of immigrants that carry one sign...and one sign only.....it should say 'THANK YOU AMERICA'.

    Re: “Real Reform?
most who oppose the D.A. do so because of the 'chain migration' clause that allows the kids entire extended family to become 'legal' as well as the kid.

    Re: “Ask a Mexican!
why is always 'racism' with you buddy.....why not....'those who oppose illegal immigration don't appreciate millions of unskilled, uneducated laborers pouring across our border changing our way of life without us wanting that change'.

do a poll....would you prefer to mow your own lawn, or be forced to learn spanish and pay for 10s of millions of hateful anchor babies....

pretty sure we can guess the results.

why is it ok for La Raza to define themselves and make such a big deal about 'their race'...

...I don't want a world where I'm supposed to tattoo 'White Pride' across my back.

guess that's how you want it though...too bad, the American melting pot was a great idea.
