I currently attend SSA and I believe this claims are ridiculous and are biased. Most of the math, science, and Turkish language teachers are Turkish, but, considering that SSA has won many math, science, and Turkish competitions in the past several years, these teachers are partially responsible and have done a marvelous job teaching.
In addition, this article does not interview any teachers, parents, or students, so it has no evidence to support its claim. My advice is: don't rely on this article since its claims are far too outrageous and have no evidence.
