That's too bad for Rocco's. I'm sure Trump funneled the SBA money to his always bankrupt son-in-law, and Trump's cronies steered the monies to their friends - and to Putin's Russia as payback for his support of the Republicans. In the meantime Trump's supporters got their stimulus checks with Trump's name on it and are fat, dumb and happy "socialists".

I live very close to the center of the area with the most e-scooters in use in Tucson and I see people using them just fine all day long. It's the speeding cars that cause all of the safety problems in our neighborhood.

I don't know what happened to America that so many today ignore the lessons our founding fathers fought for, as did the fathers, brothers and sons American families sent to Europe to fight fascism during WWII. Forgot that our American ideals and freedom depend on the defense of democracy - defense by a free press and those that will show the courage to stand up to a corrupt and autocratic president.

So glad to see this finely come to fruition. We immediately booked a couple of tours to coincide when out-of-town family visits. Sabino Canyon certainly deserves the kind of respect this electrification project provides. I just hope Mayor-Elect Romero takes note and accomplishes the same thing with city vehicles.

Glad to see Steve's thoughts on the F-35. When they brought the F-35 here to Tucson in late Feb. early March, they were horrendously noisy when they flew overhead - and we live miles from the base. We hear the A-10's regularly over our house and they are noisy, but the F-35 was at another level. So loud it seemed to me they would pose a health threat to humans and their pets. Definitely do not think F-35's belong operating in a populated area like Tucson.
