Apparently, Colin Zimmerman has a fundamental misunderstanding of economic development. I work with businesses that look to locate or expand their companies to Tucson and the crime rate is never in the top five of their concerns. They want a skilled labor force to fill jobs and quality schools for their employees and executives. Colin Zimmerman and Zimmerman and Associates, the political consulting firm run by Colin Zimmerman's parents, Pete and Carol Zimmerman are running a fear-mongering campaign that spreads misinformation about Tucson.
