Got that secret tie-dye shirt waiting in your closet for just the right occasion? Or maybe you're out and proud to be a hippie. Either way. Tucson can easily be described as a groovy city and Hippiefest 2015 will be a night that will transport you back to the '60s. The music festival will be held at the Fox Theatre, 17 W. Congress St., Thursday, July 9 starting at 7:30 p.m. A taste of "love and peace" will be provided through the music of The Family Stone, Rick Derringer, Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels and Badfinger. Tickets are $33 to $93 and are available at foxtheatre.com or the box office.
