When the recent fire took siege at the Original Guadalajara Grill on May 29, the community found itself experiencing The Great Tableside Guacamole Depression. Have no fear; the grill is scheduled to reopen in early October and the community will once again rejoice with the revival of the best guacamole in town. We will be among the first hungry guests in line when this gem opens back up.
