Noshing Around

New: Bisbee Breakfast Club

The Bisbee Breakfast Club is slated to open in the old Pizza Hut building at 4131 W. Ina Road. The inside of the building is being worked on, but the restaurant isn't expected to open until late November or early December. Until then, you can visit www.bisbeebreakfastclub.com for a look at the menu full of breakfast dishes; burgers with great names like Gooey Louie and Huckburger; and as many as 10 kinds of pie. The restaurant has another location in, you guessed it, Bisbee.

Pizza Gone; Sushi Coming?

Pizza Plus #1, the all-you-can-eat pizza place at 914 E. Speedway Blvd., has closed—and the building is already being prepped for a new tenant. We asked employees at the surrounding restaurants what they'd heard, and the unanimous response was that two eateries are opening there: a sushi restaurant, and a frozen-yogurt shop.

Wine at Wildflower

Wildflower, the restaurant at 7037 N. Oracle Road with the cool patio enclosed by billowing cloth walls, now offers half-price bottles of wine on Tuesdays. If you show up at happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., you'll have the option of adding some discounted appetizers as well; 219-4230.

The Pink One

RA Sushi at 2905 E. Skyline Drive is offering a special through the month of October to raise money for the fight against breast cancer. For $15, you get a glass of ONEHOPE California chardonnay and a signature pink roll—shrimp, kani kama crab mix and sriracha, rolled with lettuce, avocado and cucumber. All of the profits go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation; 615-3970.

New Farmers' Market

Maynards Market and Kitchen at 400 N. Toole Ave. now has a farmers' market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., every Saturday. The market is run by the same people who operate the very popular Sunday farmers' market at St. Philip's Plaza. Maynards has also started offering special dinners made from items executive chef Addam Buzzalini handpicks from the market; www.maynardsmarket.com.

Coming: Hibachi Super Buffet

An enormous buffet restaurant is opening in the shopping center on the northwest corner of Speedway Boulevard and Kolb Road. There's no indication when Hibachi Super Buffet will open, but construction is underway.
