The Takabisha roller coaster, the new $37 million ride at the Fuji Q Highland park, doesn't seem all that frightening based on this video shot from the front row, but then you look at the thing as seen from the ground:
The ride's 141 foot drop and a 121-degree freefall sets a record for being the world's steepest rollercoaster. Possibly related: the park is also chasing a record for most soiled sets of underwear with a square mile.
