Let's face it: Bad food, lousy service and poor value are becoming increasingly common these days. What a relief to know that there are still places where the diner comes first, where the food is of exquisite quality, and where the atmosphere radiates peace and tranquility—but isn't stuffy. The Grill at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is one such place. Executive Chef Ramiro Scavo has created a stylish menu focusing on the local and the regional. He even utilizes vegetables, herbs, fruits and edible flowers grown right on the premises. The view from the foothills is spectacular, the wine selection award-winning, the presentation artistic, and the staff pleasant and helpful, but not intrusive.
