Mr. An and his cooks really know what they're doing when it comes to
making pan-fried noodles. They masterfully combine a large quantity of
meat and vegetables with a savory, flavorful sauce. The most important
part of this dish, though, involves the combination of that sauce with
the crisp pan-fried noodles. The result is a stunning mouth feel,
thanks to the sensation just as the sauce is softening the noodles.
It's not too crunchy, not too soft and not too oily—and it's
definitely double-good!
