It was either Steve Winwood with Level 42 or Mötley Crüe with Whitesnake. (I still have the ticket stub from the Mötley Crüe show.)

1,200 CDs, 150 on vinyl, 75 cassettes and three 8-tracks.
Do you download music, and if so, legally or illegally?
I used to download illegally for work many years ago, but now I only download legally, mostly via iTunes.

Purchased at the same time: John Mellencamp, American Fool; The Go-Go's, Beauty and the Beat; and David Bowie, Let's Dance.

Musically speaking, what do you love that your friends don't know about? What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
I love Willie Nelson, especially Countryman, his reggae album--I don't think many people know that. Guilty pleasure: Duran Duran.
What band or artist changed your life, and how?
Tucson band The (New) Drakes. It's pretty cool to be able to work with (them), be friends with (them) and really enjoy their music over the course of so many years and life changes.
Figurative gun to your head, what is your favorite album of all time?
The Police, Reggatta de Blanc.
