Club Congress is the hippest joint in town. That's why it's always winning this category. Really, the place has it all: You can pretend you're Bukowski and guzzle a cheap brew in the Tap Room, or chill on one of the lounge's fat couches and sip pretentious drinks with your legs crossed. The main club features tons of cool acts, and at night, the joint is almost always hopping. If you get hungry, you can even grab a bite at the Cup Café. The best part, though, is that the place is haunted. It is rumored the ghost of a man who died there has a little peeping habit. Watch yourself in those dark corners.
