STAFF PICK: As we mull over a margarita at our favorite Mexican eatery, we long for the sound of mariachis--and look forward to our favorite fiesta of Hispanic culture, music and art. Sure, we love to hear harmonic voices and vibrant horns, and to see the smiling señoritas swirling about in brightly colored skirts as they clap their heels against the floor. But mostly, we just can't wait to wistfully watch machismo men, in snazzy silver-studded costumes, serenade us with sly smiles.
