Hidden next to the pool at the Sheraton is Fire + Spice, a restaurant that shows a ton of potential. Southwest-inspired appetizers like nachos, quesadillas and jalapeño snake bites are a delight, and the service and décor are friendly and welcoming. The kitchen occasionally skimps on ingredients or otherwise loses focus, but the quality of the menu is undeniable. (6-11-09)
