But you were fine with the MAS studies indoctrination. In the end, it's all about which side the indoctrination is on, right?

Re: “The Weekly Take: Sean Miller gives hope for rekindled Arizona-New Mexico rivalry

I attended the Lobo/Wildcat game on Saturday at the Pit. Being a Lobo fan since the seventies, it was awesome to see the rivalry rekindled. This is a natural match up for both teams being in a close proximity it allows both fan bases to travel. There was a lot of Wildcat fans in the crowd and both fan bases were loud. I want to mention something that impressed me that probably not too many people noticed. During the presentation of the colors and the national anthem Coach Miller stayed focused on our flag until it left the floor while others did not. You guys have a class act of a coach. Go Wildcats, EXCEPT WHEN YOU PLAY THE LOBOS !!!

Re: “An Incomplete Look at the Koch Brothers' Influence in Arizona

"contributed to the weakening of our public school system in Arizona"

Response to Nancy:

Think again. Just this last week, Stanford released a major study, covered by the New York Times which ranked school districts across the nation.

Chandler Unified School District was ranked number 2 among the largest 200 school districts.

Saddle Mountain was ranked 1st in the nation, among all school districts regardless of size.

We had a number of school districts above the 95th percentile.

We had no school districts among the 20 worst large districts, 3 among the top twenty large districts.

Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont had no districts among the 20 best large districts.

This Stanford study is important because most rankings have no science behind them. The Stanford study had good science.

Re: “An Incomplete Look at the Koch Brothers' Influence in Arizona

The Koch money has brought us Governor Ducey, and contributed to the weakening of our public school system in Arizona. Jane Mayer's "Dark Money" tells it all. Are we proud of our state's public school rankings? Do public schools have a future in Arizona?

The League of Women Voters study of Charter School's state oversight discovered that there was very little. Is this what we want for Arizona? I'm glad that my children went to public schools in Tucson and received a good education many years ago. I doubt the same chance exists today.

Re: “Dignified Displacement

Y'all being snowed. The majority of the people you cover are not your average homeless but ex convicts/sex offenders who just got out of Tent City and recruit other ex convicts/sex offenders including from other states who hang in groups, rotate areas, and fabricate sob stories to make it appear the homeless population is ever growing and ever tragic, yet, who really are soliciting contributions/donations for the Mafia by constantly crying to the media that they can't get on their feet without an endless supply of tax credits/laws that permit them to drive everyone crazy until they give them what they ask for. They refuse to get legitimate jobs/pay their own way no matter how much everyone gives to help them get on their feet. They give the homeless a bad name. No one likes them, no one wants to be around them, everyone is at risk of being sexually assaulted/scammed by them. They have a compound at the Human Services Campus @ 230 S 12th Ave and St Vincent de Paul @ 1075 W Jackson St. AZ Coalition to End Homelessness is one of their scams.sc0

Re: “An Incomplete Look at the Koch Brothers' Influence in Arizona

Your use of the word "indoctrination" speaks volumes about the kind of person you are.

but taxes are always supposed to go down, not up, in the Koch's world

An ignorant statement that is false.

The Koch brothers oppose legislation like tax extenders, corporate subsidies, tax incentives corporations receive, and other corporate friendly legislation, even though that opposition is detrimental to their own businesses.

They are men of principle, not the bottom line.

Your article has done nothing more than show you have no nuance in your understanding of the Koch brothers, their philosophy, or work. All you have done is show you are a partisan hack who is more interested in creating a one sided liberal bogeyman caricature than the truth.

For anyone who is interested in a balanced short course on what the Koch Brothers really believe, Freakanomics Radio (hardly a conservative program) gives them a fair shake.

Re: “Betsy DeVos Exercises Her Freedom of $peech

I don't understand, how exactly did you "fool liberals" Mr. Rat Trollson?

Is it because you're posting under different names and getting different responses for semi confusing and misleading statements? You're no where else to be found in this comment thread except for the comment above mine, this is why I don't understand your comment. Is it possible that you had a comment removed before I accessed this article?

Either way, you are definitely pathetic if all you want to do is "fool liberals". There's a whole world out there, you should be exploring it instead of camping out on TW during your day to "fool liberals".
