Re: “Flake Loves Him Some Cruzcare

He has insurance at government expense? No, it's at taxpayer expense. The government makes nothing and has no money without taxes.

I want McCain and Flake on Obamacare like the rest of us. Then they will fix it.

Re: “Flake Loves Him Some Cruzcare

"If you define the most conservative Obamacare repeal plan as the plan that restores Arizonans' freedom to purchase more affordable health insurance of their choosing ...... then yes, I support the most conservative Obamacare repeal plan."

A mere shibboleth!! Flake has Health Insurance second to none at Government expense. ALL US Citizens should have the Government expense. Insurance Companies and the Health Care Industry should not profit when US Citizens need medical attention. Price controls need to be in place to control their GREED!!!

Flake is a self centered hypocrite and must be booted out of the US Senate!!!! We need a person in the US Senate that represents the best interests off ALL Arizona Citizens.

I hope all three of them have the intestinal fortitude to introduce a $100 per year bicycle tax.

Re: “Flake Takes a Turn To the Right

We would have been better served if they had maintained gridlock when the Dems forced the ACA through, saying "pass it and then you can see what's in the bill."

Has that person (Pelosi) been replaced? No. We need Democrats that will join Republicans to replace the flawed law. But they are busy chasing Russian dreams of impeachment. And the country be damned. Very selfish of them.

Re: “Review: Danny Lyon—Present Future, the Silverman Museum Collection

The whole city scape is a delicious day after pill, a three way of two towers sucked to rubble, two parents named Past and Future; both hassles. All thats left of us, like tinsil wrapping around aethiest Christmas trees, are seeds like this comment, lilely tossed to concrete treated like rich soil. Pick one up and plant it in you, theres not mucb time left.

Re: “Flake Takes a Turn To the Right

Looks like the Republican health care bill has just failed because two Republican Senators refused to support it:®ion=top-news&WT.nav=top-news&_r=0

We need to move away from gridlock, not descend deeper into it. Those who look at every Republican who inclines toward bipartisan compromises as a weak member of the herd and join extremists in the opposing party to try to take centrists down are only exacerbating a situation in which our representatives must refuse, in order to survive politically, to work together for the common good.

Re: “Political Punch

And you need to give up. 6 years of annoying the Left around here and no sign of quitting. At least I stick with one name.

Re: “Political Punch

You are correct. Trump can't even keep what lie he is telling straight. It will be absolutely terrifying when he lies about war, diplomacy, or an "incident" justifying war. And many young people will pay the price for his lies. History will judge those few voters In Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania who pushed him into the electoral college, very harshly, and the majority of voters to the tune of almost four million, very nicely.

Meanwhile he has heightened security and private security guards at his Tucson office. He sees people one person at s time - escorted by guards and uses cars to block off parking.

Re: “Flake Takes a Turn To the Right

It's Flake's choice to be just another faceless tool of the rich on the lockstepping GOP Death Panel. But he could become something of a heroic rogue merely by jumping ship on the health bill - you know, doing the humane thing for millions of Americans. People are suckers for Republicans who even rarely do the decent thing. There are still people who think McCain is a rebel. And all he had to do was some unexpectedly decent comment, or even more rarely -a decent vote - every few years.

Re: “A River Ran Through It

We need to make sure we get this natural source of water flowing through Tucson again! It was never anyone right to dam it the way they did or dry it. Now 2017 I'm sure we can restore it. We need to act fast. They Building more and more in the "Flood Areas" as an more valid excuse as to why they cant restore it. People in power know people are going to start fighting for these types of things now! A guy in California is sueing now and he states that the river is mostly dry due to general electric company taking control of most of the rivers up NW that ran down to the SW i thought that was the main reason why it had dried. Please any info on how we can start something to regain this river would be nice
