Re: “Math Lab

'There's this really great restaurant, it's at **** N. ******* Street, You should really go there.'

Thanks a lot. I would, but I can't FIND it! NOT a restaurant review!

Re: “The Beautiful People

I thought this was a great restaurant review, and it captures almost every single reason why I have zero interest in "dining" there;

Just for starters...$10+ craft cocktails, $13 burgers, no-choice valet parking, snooty, good-looking, minimum-wage college hostess chicks, imposing all sorts of excuses to get you to spend $25 bux at the bar before you are "granted" the privilege of a table, to spend at least $25 more. Add in tax, tips here & there, & it is a $50+ evening no matter how hard you try to keep it under that outrageous amount. And you're gonna hang out here weekly?

This is place NOT in San Francisco, and yet it pretends to be, with high prices, arrogant Millennials, using parents credit cards to pay for all of this hype, and all manner of ridiculous hipness, noise, & endless waiting, to make you feel as if you have finally arrived socially. Frankly, I find the entire Millennial scene a crashing bore, with meaningless loud conversation peppered with meaningless words, such as "like, awesome, hysterical, crazy" & so on...dumb as a door-knob. Cell phone-heaven!

If, and it is a big if, when our brutal endless summer hits town, let's just see how many hip Millennials, and wannabe older folks, show up here to drop $50-$75 on the latest overly colorful Fox restaurant circus scene. Seriously, "Beautiful People", Tucson is not San Francisco.

Re: “Mindful Minimalism

Adding to the above, the decor is pleasant and the service fine, JUST PUT MORE CHEESE ON THE PIZZA>

Each slice had
two pieces of cheese may be dime size if that! European style! Not really, I have tasted pizza in Europe and it does include the taste of cheese! If you just want pizza like this, put some sauce on an akmak
cracker and save! The pictures above are deceptive.

Re: “Mindful Minimalism

Minimal is the correct way to describe these pizzas. You need a microscope to find any cheese on two of the three we ordered. Thin crust pizza with sauce is what you get. I wish the man success but these pizzas are less than ordinary.

Re: “Cake and Ale

There are too many breweries in Tucson. Just a fad that will die. Give us more restaurant reviews. I
don't drink the stuff!
