Re: “Fact Checks!

Get a clue it is not IF, Marijuana should be legalized

The opposition is HOW, it should be legalized 205 is not it

Washington tax rate is 15% paid by distributor + license fees to producers and processors and testers 10%. So if 100 paid by the retailer to sell the product he applies another additional sales tax of WA state average 11% all added up this equated to the product point of sale being 47%

With tax rates like this the DMLC will have a self fulfilling prophecy of it's value>>> to fight the very demon it supplies a vicious cycle.

We have been riding this tumultuous cycle of enforcement, protect the children, diatribe of false protection. Only to embrace it as value with prop 205

Cartel will soon go to all oils and edibles counterfeit packaging. Thanks to the dispensaries shatter smokable are for just getting high little medical value, almost all of the edible could be easily replaced with an oil. I really hate paying 45% tax on infused hot sauce or hippy dippy infused drink.

This whole proposal was written by dispensaries that have known for years that the Medical aspects of the operation was open to medical scrutiny and would not pass the tests.

So Dispensaries have opted to throw the medical aspects aside to supplying the addicted diminished capacity boon party recreational people while isolating market availability with heavy police enforcement.

This has heavy handed Governmental administrative panacea was written all over it. This is christmas a board of three really the other 4 members are just there to represent the people but dont have a vote LMFAO.

What a travesty has been done on the voter initiatives with this prop 205 this is really no different than saving payday loans.
With their charlatan slick marketing on how we helped so many families in that time of emergency need for monies.

One is to think if payday loans gave so much of what they collected to schools the 35% added interest would be helpful to the children.

Re: “Fact Checks!

The first time I saw a 'No On Prop 205' ad I was amazed at the out and out lying in it. It doesn't take much to debunk everything in it. 5 minutes on google should be plenty. But then, this is USA 2016 and many will buy it lock stock and barrel. Sad.

Re: “Fact Checks!

I accept ADRP as an ally in the trenches of deceit and crony capitalism. This proposed "Department of Marijuana and Controls" is the devil incarnate.

There is so much to be written into the proposal no one has the slightest clue of whats to come of this. Price fixing self investigative, self disciplined, self overseen, Allowed to tax and lien personal assets acting as a government within itself. Peace Officer credentials and powers as well as court.

Whenever I hear of people around me talking about this I know I am looking at one of the stupidest people in Tucson complete and utter ignorance of the world around them

Re: “Presidential Potential

^ This is pure speculation. Nowhere in the prop does it say that this is how sales of clones will go. Why would live plant material be sold any differently than dead plant material? Keep spreading your fear to those too dumb or lazy to read the whole prop. I never thought I'd see the day when real life cannabis consumers would get in bed with big pharma, the gambling and alcohol industies and the far right moral crusaders against a reasonable regulation policy.

Re: “Puff or Pass

Pros and cons and details don't matter. If this MJ thing passes, then the "public servants" in Phoenix will do what they want anyway: delay, drag out processes, create red tape, somehow make it unworkable, find a way to penalize anyway, and then blame someone else. Don't worry about the citizens, it is Money that will get wasted.

Re: “Puff or Pass

Does anyone understand that the Arizona supreme court recently ruled that a Attorney in Arizona with good standing can not counsel anyone in the state on Marijuana Laws.

Yes that is right >> Do you get what this means mindless minions???
If an Attorney counseled a client on how to legally obtain Marijuana in any fashion even legal bought . Then is guilty of facilitation to commit a federal crime and can be disbarred.

What that really means any attorney won't be able to challenge any of the rules or standards concerning the consumer as it would be in the aspect of obtaining a federally controlled substance. You just sold the farm Grandma.

Re: “Puff or Pass

All things considered Arizona's proposal 205 is not even close to equating with other states. A complete and utter misunderstanding of this ridiculous proposal.

I call into question the writer's integrity to even imply that Arizona's proposal a comparison to Colorado's Department of Revenue running the marijuana program. It is overseen by the legislature in Arizona there will be no oversight just court challenges till parameters worked out. Which is a shit way to govern build a police and court system then apply or reduce depending by need of what Money, Market, Counseling, Policing, so who gains and who loses in the midterm and the long run the consumer? Education really what a ship of fools.

Re: “Dispensary Distribution

Nothing starts till the feds change the denotation of the plant period.

This has gone beyond a state's issue it's a Federal issue. regardless of this years political climate. There are so many hands out wanting tribute to go one way or the other it is sickening.

Proponents and opponents alike are showing the lack of integrity for a fair justice system, a fair administration system.

The root cause of addictive behavior or citizens. We as a whole believe we can control addictive behavior. Medicate if possible, incarcerate when necessary, profile for protection, assemble a enforcement of all addictive behavior. This has been a failure.

To make this work and some are of the conclusive ideals that we license addictive behavior it will pay for and administer itself.

So with this type of progressive thinking which has been tried for millenniums it's not new. 2500 year old shipwrecks have been found in the Mediterranean off of Greece, the flacks fill with Hash oil.

These early merchants the Carthaginians were the brokers of all products made from the Indica plant. Valuable fine oil, fabrics, hemp weavings.

To protect their market they enlisted a police protection force. These were called Hashins. They became so brutal that the name became over time through all the language transformations to assassin and the leaders of those groups established markets came up with name dialects Hussein.

That is our future if we make a market for so many to profit from. the idea of controlling behavior. Yea it has not worked for thousands it's been tried. Just wait for the shit storm of troopers rouge courts and no government oversight. We can call this new Department Of Marijuana License and Controls, assassins in waiting just a matter of time.

Re: “Dispensary Distribution

The "Medical Marijuana Program" in Arizona is a Big-Money-Making SCAM supported by the Marijuana Drug Industry and their Supporters in the Arizona Legislature!

Marijuana use for Medical purpose should be supported by Scientific evidence, including Clinical Trials, and regulated by the FDA; closely monitored by the tending Physician and State Department of Health."Medical Marijuana" should be available by Prescription only (in a Pharmacy) issued by a License Physician.

Re: “Presidential Potential

None read the initiative where it states that the

It is this department that will issue the tag from a city jees'
In obtaining a plant clone a person will sign an agreement that the vendor supplies and returns to the department of Marijuana License and Controls the form maybe an application waiting for confirmation to allow the sale .

Vendor that will need a special license to sell plant clone as well. A piece of paper no unlike a hunting license. This will be an agreement with the purchaser and the State Department of Marijuana License and Controls.

This document that a purchaser signs is an agreement that you dont live in a restricted area ie; cities, won't have children under 21 in the residence. Won't clone sell or transfer any of the product purchased for propagation. Only certain STRAINS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR RETAIL, LEAVING THE RETAILER AND GROWER WITH STRONGER PRODUCTS. In this agreement you will give up all civil and criminal rights when signing. Open the door for the new LEO to kick down the door to check compliance just just signed away your rights if you want to grow 6 plants

Would be best to do it illegally rather than sign an agreement. Even Montgomery in his debate stated what this would change in enforcement and can't believe some would be so blind to vote for this. so if prop 205 passes dont sign an agreement to grow or you just fucked yourself got it

Re: “Dispensary Distribution

Just whom do you think was the originator of all the legalize of this travesty of 205? get a clue dummy it was LEO.

There is more legalize back doors called "Notwithstanding" which means basically if anything was in place before.

So if you didn't like what was going on before you definitely won't like this.
But hey As long as I got a Bob Marley, Tye Dyed, Birkenstock, tattooed, body pierced liberal, rap, new world order concert to go all is well. I can vap, concentrate, dab, to my heart's delight screw the medically needy. This is progressive stone and tax hey baby.

How's that for asking for consideration when first I need to state whom I want their endorsement. And now let's hear what a republican is ( the most often defined here) and then there is a libertarian. Which slaps the core of both so one want that, It hurts to find I was damaging to myself looking for the boogie man in politics.

Re: “Dispensary Distribution

If funding is the issue why won't MPP disclose whom their contributors are ? The MPP that got Arizona the mmj law the whole entire board has been replaced. Now Big money industry replaced the entire board. Everyone that sits on the board are from big industry. According Dan Riffle the previous founder and Director of MPP tell the story how big money has taken over MPP.
here is a interview with Dan Riffle in Business Weekly.

The real scary part of all of this is the ignorance and hate. the propels one view big business LMFAO
Which big business are you talking about the one that sets up a police force and court to sell and enforce making money off of pot stating monies from heaven are going to fall for good things ? You been smoking that spice shit huh. yea it will still be illegal.

Look at the funding for the "No on 205" advertisements. What a basket of deplorables. I say for for 205, just to upset the big money boys.

Re: “Dispensary Distribution

lets look at 205 we can do whatever we want. Since it is a state special amendment to the state constitution.

let's ask the legislature to step and recognize changes in the state statutes let add them as a subcategory with special address and concerns, to this new found department

What cant have your cake an eat it too. They should not have special state protections with out following state commerce. So they are a special and deserve special legislation let's give it to them

They can't incorporate, Strictly sole proprietors. No special protections such as trusts, holding entities and out of state ownership.
All properties holdings and license will be under Arizona law. Since it is federally illegal Arizona will not recognize any entity or person that are not full time residence of Arizona.
All license and property holders must be citizens of the US. Full disclosure of all principal parties of those not more than 25% can be out of state residence or non US citizen.
One person cannot own more than one dispensary and can not be sold to another dispensary agent or parties must be sold on random lottery.

I mean really these guys are not in it for the care and help. It is pure greed at this point. They have allowed ambiguous terms like
"NOT WITH STANDING" to allow Ducey's Administrator to decide what in Arizona prevails.
I say vote no on 205 allowing for distribution does not allow for a whole rewrite of right to the constitution that only changes enforcement and administrative powers. while increasing the criminal and civil penalties.

Re: “Dispensary Distribution

Get a clue it is the "BLACK MARKET" no federal protections and a rouge government to banking and distribution system this is the foundation of redistributed "Black Markets"

We see now with the sheriff's department see huge pile of cash and it is up to administrators to distribute. The only reason to have this Marijuana regulatory department is to gather and distribute monies while protecting an exclusive industry/government.

What is Marijuana Department of license and controls. what it will be is it's own government insulated by the AZ constitution and ratified by the voter. It will have basically no oversight in accounting or procedures.

With prop 205 we will soon call Juarez our sister city. I think the producers are putting additives into the pot to dummify the user into this. Since there is no testing standards no oversight these guys are running a muck.

Re: “Presidential Potential

Growing plants for personal use should be anonymous.

There should be no reason to register a plant unless prior mishandlings and one loses the privilege to grow at home or any home that you occupy/residence that has growing in that residence.

The Marijuana Regulating Authority will keep a database on restricted persons are not allowed plants or seeds just like Alcohol the campaign slogan right!
