Re: “Explaining Extracts

There are no terpenes left after distillation with a petrol chemical ever seen mold on alcohol same thing. I have had the kerosene taste once I dont go back. It is organic petro chemical one for going green huh.

Vap pen tried it to much or not enough lithium to throw away charger low batt turbo heat coils empty cartridges. Ok for some the high potency of today's marijuana a one hit pipe wood medicated for hours. This has worked for me for over 25 years in airports and 15 hours flights arenas etc. I see it as if it is not broke dont fix it.

Some dont see medicating as a social event to be shared with a pass around joint that is a very small percentage of today's user. The ADA wants this moniker to stigmatize and force regulation "Big Brother" painting a false narrative and view.

I have tried edibles since the first of the year off and on 10, 20mg's brownies cookies gummies. They make me angry and very irritable want to disassociate from social gatherings and crowed places. That's me perhaps it exacerbates underlining issues relate that to a hmm " bud tender" just look at the stupid facial flush expression CLUELESS.

Re: “Test Case Scenario

200,000 patients need to consume an ounce a week for edibles and other renderings. The state needs more addicts for I-11 underfunded pensions and hire for retired police counseling education whom ever submits a bill to the director get inline now this will insure a viable and steady underground supply

Re: “Smoke Screening

this article has ignored the effect that background contamination has. I submit that any soil existing in Arizona or anywhere else contains things like radiation, lead, cadmium, pesticides and insecticides used since the industrial revolution. Likely the levels are below levels as recommended by EPA, et al. Produce has been eaten from soil containing chemicals referenced in this article and life as we know it continues to exist. Retesting commercial pot is a waste of time and money. if you are a user and worried that you might not live forever, treat your own soil and grow your own product. Besides if you don't challenge your immune system, it's reliability can be compromised.

Re: “Smoke Screening

I read this several times there is so many things wrong with this the testing for all edible products is a right way to go. However the guy selling infused taco sauce which many have hawked me on how do you dose with taco sauce total BS. I as patient paying for this or the cannagar 1 ounce of highly infuse THC wrapped in leaves then lite on fire yea a healthy smoke! blow it up somebody elses patuti.

This has organized crime written all over it another process of "TBD" by a director and all the fish to the chum.
Give retired police, master' of education that give us what we call education today, Fire and rescue to get paid for what they are already paid for then all is paid for.

Then clear to business anyway you want. Get them hooked raise the price control access to production abilities prosecute all that dont comply. Might as well be run by a corporate of Chinese control and market this is their style let you take as little as we have the whole

We dont need a solution to a problem that is never there. In California the problem with rolling out legalization and product control was producers.
Producers brought samples found to be contaminated so the producers sold it on the black market and gave it to employees for work compensation and so forth.
So the powers that be used this as an example for this travesty and fleecing.
Never has Arizona's underground market matched a single digit of California's marijuana production or market a false narrative with Arizona fake news and truth.

Re: “Smoke Screening

Then their is the person that does not use pesticides does not grow in an artificial environment of soil or washing nutrients over roots in a hydro environment. This is where mold pesticides VOC bred and multiply.

This is what this new legislation protects at the detriment of affordability to the patient.

All of this new rules and administration is prop 205 in the back door and still no relief on the criminality of use and posession.

The 2 year rule on license is per and simple chump change of the chump stoner. And this is hat Friese and Handly negotiated this is what they think of us huh. I print the form from ADHS/mmj when I see my doctor 3 months I have my doctor fill it out sent it myself. cost is $150.00 last 3 years running I do this for my SNAP friends as well as others Then again we are using it as therapy not social political identity. like any government program is made to profit and then then cracks appear.

This does nothing for the dispensary, What it does is makes all Arizona patients responsible for all product.

Set's up a product BUY back for bad product like the USDA runs it's department of agriculture this is unbelievable.

better yet legalize in 2020 put this monster out in a barren pasture covered with the cleaning of the barn

Re: “MMJ: Good Tidings

Remediation cost covered for growing contaminated product REALLY !

This sounds like the De Bears box that controls the worlds diamond market and supply.

System failure spray with contaminate, boom cost recovered. This is an insurance policy for not following rules and incompetence. No time cap if you on get it right in 3 grows you should not grow not get paid for failure.

I want to manage that slush fund. With outsourced managed too we can cover other states product cost and control. Hot Diggitty thats a GONGA folks!

Does that come with a Tuesday special? As long as the growers gets paid. Owners from other States recoup their investment on urban market control.

Twist one up for Nick, he has some good stuff here have you tripping far from thought.

There is outside out of state monies here wanting our ability to supply the rest of the country by geological location and automation.

Cochise County has several going and up starts in production. This would make the area for investment. The cost here is too high.

Republicans live and rely on legislatures incompetence and divisive rhetoric. This forces by law government action so it is outsourced to those in a position of management control.

The target to point at as you pay them. A junkies logic for seed stock guaranteed supply.

Re: “MMJ: Troubling Truths

Can you imagine how many criminal cases will be appealed if Marijuana is passed recreational?

I dont know the figure and sure it is not kept either. On how many criminal cases are enhanced with marijuana violations added. Simple posession can include other felony charges papers pipe vape pen etc.

The real shame is the state unwilling to protect it citizens from frivolous and aberrant prosecution. Yavapai County is extremely minority in population 228,000, 92% white. We have .032% of the population running the basic criminal code structure of the state.

A man has been sitting in prison at the populace expense. A man has lost 2 years of his life and a felony on his record tarnished for life because of 20 miles different in county lines.

To prosecute incarcerate defend this case I would guess is over a million now. Ducey is calling criminal and prison reform, while at the same time wanting some from other counties to get prosecuted. seems a bit Jim Crowish to me.

(Schedule I substances are described as those that have the following findings:

The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.
The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.[37]

No prescriptions may be written for Schedule I substances, and such substances are subject to production quotas which the DEA imposes.))(

The acceptance of the false information that cannabis is detrimental to human health was institutionalized into society many decades ago and unfortunately it takes even longer to unlearn bad information than it does to learn valid information.

Cannabinoids have been ignored as potent medicines due to the pharmaceutical industrys failure to successfully isolate and synthesize any beneficial individual cannabinoid compounds; They have ignored the synergy and entourage effects of the complex of over 100 Cannabinoids and 100s of terpenes in the Cannabis plant due to the industry wide fixation on the current 'Isolate, target, Patent for Profit', system of pharmaceutical research.

There is a Pervasive, Institutionalized, Negative Bias against all forms of Cannabis Use that has existed for almost a century and is still rampant in virtually all institutions that form the structure of our society and those who populate those agencies are institutionalized to think ideologically and only in terms of addiction and harm reduction, crime and punishment, and Patent and Profit, ever since the erroneous designation of Cannabis as a Schedule 1 Drug in the USA back in 1974. In the case of Cannabis they are completely ignoring the abundance of positive heath benefits that the various forms of Whole Plant Cannabinoid Therapy could provide a multitude of individuals, all because it conflicts with established ideological mentality, and/or, it does not fit the current patent and profit mandate of pharmaceutical research and production, and marketing.

Our Medical Institutions, and the professionals within them that make up part of our society, have been either complicit, or at the very least, had blind faith in the claims of the Pharmaceutical industry while simultaneously ignoring the abundance of scientific studies, and evidence, indicating Cannabinoids have multiple health care applications from treating depression, to curing Cancer (Cannabinoids kill cancer cells via apoptosis and anti-angiogenesis. Know since 1974), to preventing and treating Alzheimers.

Our institutions ignore the positives of medicinal cannabis and continue to perpetuate the same false narrative that Cannabis is inherently dangerous with essentially no valid foundation in scientific reality; I believe this occurs due to Institutionalized bias and for our national institutions to acknowledge the factual reality of the benefits of Cannabinoid Therapy would require all of our medical professions to admit that Cannabis works as a treatment for many Human Ailments; They would also have to admit they do not know how it works AND that, as a civilized developed society, we should have been studying Cannabinoids for at least 5 decades, if not more, and that not only our medical profession, but society as a whole, has completely failed on the issue of cannabis and Public Health.

Until our Governments, Our Public Institutions, Our Medical professionals and the institutions they represent, Our Law Enforcement Agencies, and society in general, abandon the decades of misinformation and misunderstanding on how the phytocannabinoids in the cannabis plant interact with the Human Endocannabinoid System, we will continue to spend more resources on unnecessary legislation and continued delays instead of implementing proper legislation providing access to the vast medicinal potential of this very safe and effective medicinal plant and health supplement.

Re: “The Tucson Weekly Cannabis Bowl 2019

Damn SAINTS isn't on the list not once. Downtown and D2 are extremely lower grade then SAINTS in every aspect. But the trick is you have to be on there text specials to get the best deals. Downtown has ripped me off on one of there "deals" for 2 grams of wax because some where gram packages and others where half so i assumed they had it right. And i tryed to come right back a min after i left the store. And the manager who assisted the girl in ripping me off to give me a "deal" sat me down to calmly tell me that im burnt on 2 grams they shorted me so instead of 6 i got 4 so pay close attention

Issue is due to Firearms, and cannabis. Federally controlled substance, and guns. That sounds real intelligent.

Re: “MMJ: Mounting Monetary Policy

Several cottage business starting up. limited employee credit unions for taking deposits. Small pseudo non FDIC ins armored car companies like in SF pickup product from distributor. Distributor puts in only the designated dispensary product into a sectional vault. The dispensary then take deposit to credit union in same sectional vault.

Re: “MMJ: Mounting Monetary Policy

Yeah, huge incentive for armed robbery, Google dispensary robbery or murder.

Doesnt seem to be much info on crime at dispensaries, wonder if its any more common than beer runs at convince stores?

The million dollar pot shop soon to open up at Park & Lee has a dozen cameras outside. No doubt they will have an armed guard too!
