Re: “Police Dispatch

Oh cr@p! Do you think getting her title wrong will get me into Gitmo? My type don't do well in prison, after all I'm an angry old white man... oh, wait... never mind.

Re: “Police Dispatch

Must be a busy day in the Old Pueblo when the local gendarmes have little else to do but dragnet the streets for a semi-discreet micturatrix.
Did the footage show anyone within viewing distance?
If not, how can they make a case? "Disorderly" conduct is in relation (or relative) to the existing order. Since she did not perturb or disturb it, what's the crime? The camera--the sole witness-- was not offended, as the camera did not report her.
Had she pee'd inside the store, between the aisles of over-priced merchandise I can see the viability of the charge.
Ah, the equal justice and majesty of the law that bans both poor and rich alike from peeing against the walls of Circle K's. Corporate "Persons": 1, flesh and blood persons: 0...
Be well.

Re: “Police Dispatch

As a proud citizen of Tucson born and raised, I take offense as you describe "our citizens are batshit crazy." I do not denote nor do I disagree with the inconsistencies of how local law enforcement and city officials, manage challenging situations but can't appreciate your statement about citizens. By your logic you are indicating that you yourself are "batshit crazy" since you are a citizen here in Tucson. Pointing out deficiencies and not offering any type of solution and just complaining is what seems to be the standard nowadays. There is enough hostility in our world and adding to it only makes a situation worse than what it needs to be in my opinion. What I offer as a suggestion is use the passion emanating through your words and volunteer somewhere so you make your presence known in the community and you would not consider your local citizens as "batshit crazy." All the Tucson natives I know and associate with are all hardworking citizens that want a safe community. We're all in it together, we all have to do our part.

Re: “Police Dispatch

The subtext "Maybe He Was Flirting", makes light of a repugnant experience, and shows no respect for the victim. Assault is never a joke.

Re: “Police Dispatch

According to White House spokesperson Kellyanne Conway, the new administration is considering the introduction of "boutique gated residential estates" (formerly known as public storage sites) as a cost-effective "Real American" solution to the shortage of public housing as a result of eight years of neglect by the out-going administration.

Re: “Police Dispatch

About 40 years ago, while on mushrooms, I managed to find my way into the stadium. My mission was simple - look at the view from the top of the nosebleed section.

It was dumb then, and it's still dumb now. I was lucky that I didn't fall and die or get seriously injured, and that I didn't get caught. This guy was just lucky that he didn't fall and die or get seriously injured. Let's face it - of the two possible negative outcomes, getting caught is by far the most benign.

Re: “Police Dispatch

Can someone be said to be urinating in public if there is no public present? It seems excessive to hunt the lady down and drag an otherwise private act that hurt no-one into the light. Had it been a man, I very much doubt anyone would've done anything at all about it.

Re: “Police Dispatch

You’re confusing mental illness with poor social skills, racial bigotry, misogyny and inappropriate behavior, you know – an asshole.

Re: “Police Dispatch

What a bullshit story.

This kid obviously has some serious mental health issues, but all you care about is making him look like some type of drug addict.

FYI, cannabis is safer than alcohol. How many dumb kids are going to be boozing for tailgate this weekend?

Re: “Police Dispatch

I know the feeling. I hate when that happens to me. Being arrested for being too sexy is SO lame.
Where is Right Said Fred when you need them?

Re: “Police Dispatch

I used to work at the Taco Bell in San Clemente, CA. When the Border Patrol picked up people, they'd stop in at TB and get them a burrito, a taco and a Pepsi. No kidding.
I often wondered if it was a psychological thing. "See, this is how awful Mexican food is in the US. You don't want to be here."

If the 37 year old man-child is What, Again, I'm sure that the "illegals", liberals, those with white guilt and those who sympathize with these groups were blamed for the downloading.

A 37-year-old man living in his mom's trailer - you could've stopped right there.
