With views of the entire city, it's easy to see why there are always cars parked at the top of Campbell once the sun goes down and the moon comes up. You can see clear to A Mountain, and on clear nights, every star in the sky. It is also an amazing place to watch the meteor showers that pass overhead throughout the year. And yes, it is also a most excellent make out spot.
