You can't get much fresher than table-side salsa, and who doesn't like salsa and a show? Not only is the salsa fresh and made table-side but it also incredible. The base of tomatillos, tomatoes, jalapenos, chiles de arbol and cilantro gets the salsa off to a great start, and then it can be tweaked to your liking for a salsa personalized to your preferred spice level.
