A volunteer for the Clay County, Florida Republican Party was recently caught leaving voicemails to Republican voters saying that Barack Obama is a Muslim who wants to end Medicare and turn the United States into a socialist country.
Amazingly, the idea that Medicare is a form of socialism didn’t enter this person’s pretty little head.
From Raw Story:
“You don’t want Obama,” she said. “You really don’t want Obama, because he’ll get rid of your Medicare. You might as well say goodbye to it… I don’t know if you’ve done any research on Obama or not, but he is a Muslim. He [has] a socialistic view on the, you know, economy, the government, the whole nine yards. If he had his way we would be a socialistic country. Really do pay attention to Fox News, if you can get out and watch that movie 2016 that has a lot of good information. Just really read the newspapers and Fox News will help you out.”
Evidently, the caller went absurdly far off-script from what the Clay County Republican Party provides for their callers.
Honestly, people. If you plan on making an ass of yourself by spouting baseless claims about someone who has been under intense public scrutiny for more than four years, at least don’t make an ass of yourself on electronic media.

Well Mr. Mendez that lady was 100% correct. Ob is more than a muslim, he is a socialist communist marxist liberal that is totally out to destroy this country, along with his cronies and leftist demos. This is funny. Have you read his first book, the original print run before it was sanitized? He claims to have spent time in a madrasa and to follow his father’s faith. Even the pop icon Madonna claims he is one. Who can argue with that?

Ii’s amazing the way people make comments without doing their research. Fact: If a person accepts the Christian Faith, goes through baptism and professes his Christian Faith, he IS a Christian. Fact: Obama ‘grew up’ politically by being a community organizer and fighting for the rights of the disadvantaged…that doesn’t make him a socialist. There are many people in the USA who don’t believe that people sometimes need a ‘hand-up’ to make life better, or even a ‘life-line’ when they can’t do for themselves. We are the richest country on the planet, yet we still have massive poverty in some areas, and unlike most other civilized countries, we still balk at universal healthcare. Fact: some people are still outrageously pissed that a ‘black’ (he is half white, too) made it to the White House. Grow up people! Stop being selfish! We are all in this ‘messy’ life together, and need to help each other out or no one really succeeds! No one is ‘better than’ anyone else. We are all God’s kids…black, white, yellow and brown!
